Biography

Stefan Frangov, PhD, teaches in the Department of Geotechnics at the Faculty of Transportation Engineering of the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) in Sofia.

At STIV 88 he works in the geotechnics division, combining his teaching and research with design and expert practice.
